Foundations of Engineering TR 10:00 – 11:30 AM Week 3 Assignment

Purpose: To help familiarize students with scheduling features of the TRAX program

Task 1:

Search the USF webpage for a schedule of tutoring classes and add necessary tutoring information to your schedule.

How to:

1. Go to www.eng.usf.edu/rnr/
2. Enter the Recruitment website
3. Select "Tutoring Schedule"
4. Ensure that the schedule is that of the Tampa
5. Take note of the schedule and which tutor you need and when he/she is available
6. Log into TRAX
7. Select "My Planner" sub-menu then select "Add Appointment" option
8. Enter location of the tutor area (ENB 229) and appointment name
9. Enter date and time, and select the "Recurrence Pattern" option, and set the appropriate re-occurrence time
10. Click on the "Save" button

Task 2:

Set a study time for Foundations and other classes you are taking

How to:

· Select the "My Planner" sub-menu and select "Add Event"

· Select the "Event Type" arrow and select "Study"

· Enter the Subject (Foundations of Engineering or any other class, as well as what to study)

· Enter Location

· Edit the time and date as you see fit, and set the recurrence pattern

· Click on the "Save” button
