The USF College of Engineering Scholarship Application is available online. By submitting this one application, you will be considered for all engineering scholarships.  Please apply by March 1, 2008 for priority consideration.

Aboly Hagan Scholarship
To provide scholarship support for Engineering students of “exceptional merit and high quality.” GPA requirement is 3.5 or above.

American Concrete Institute – Suncoast Chapter Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to Civil and Environmental Engineering undergraduate students with academic excellence, extracurricular activities and financial need.

Association of Facilities Engineers Scholarship
To provide scholarship support for incoming engineering freshmen with outstanding academic credentials and financial need.

Bayside Engineering Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to junior or senior Civil and Environmental Engineering students who have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or greater and who have financial need; recipients must have strong volunteerism
and leadership skills.

Mozelle Beverly Scholarship
To provide scholarship support for a College of Engineering student with financial need and a GPA of 3.0 or greater. Preference given to international students.

CAE USA Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to Computer Science, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering students who are at the sophomore level or higher, who have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher, who have financial
need, and who has spent his/her last two years of high school at a local high school.

CDM Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to full-time, junior or senior, Civil and Environmental Engineering students with financial need, and who have maintain a GPA of 2.75 or greater, and who are identified as an African-
American, Hispanic or American Indian, and who are residents of the State of Florida.

Chemical Engineering Faculty Staff Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students in the Chemical Engineering Department.

Civil Engineering Faculty Staff Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department.

Ting and Shirley Chu Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to junior or senior Electrical Engineering students with financial need.

R. Kelly Clark – Tau Beta Pi Scholarship
To support outstanding engineering students who are active members of Tau Beta Pi.

College of Engineering Faculty Staff Scholarship
To support engineering staff members or children of engineering faculty and staff.

College of Engineering Memorial Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to Engineering students.

Computer Science and Engineering Department Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students in the Computer Science and Engineering Department.

Howard F. and Mary Curren Memorial Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to sophomore or junior civil engineering students who have maintained a GPA of 2.5 or greater and who are currently employed while enrolled in classes.

Stefan G. Czerkas Memorial Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to engineering students who have maintained a GPA of 2.5 or above; priority is given to students with previous or current involvement with the Boy Scouts of America.

Margaret P. Davis Memorial Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to an undergraduate or graduate female civil engineering student who has maintained a GPA of 2.5 or higher; priority given to students active in ASCE.

John J. Desmond Jr. Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students in the MSEM Graduate program of the Industrial and Management Systems Engineering Department and undergraduate students in the Mechanical Engineering
Department; preference is given to graduates of a Florida community college; secondary preference is given to ROTC participants or those with military experience; recipients should be well rounded with
demonstrated leadership ability.

Wayne & Iris Echelberger Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students with strong academic records; priority given to students pursuing careers in engineering education.

Engineering Alumni Society Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to engineering students who have demonstrated leadership abilities, have high academic achievement and financial need.

Louis F. Falcon Memorial Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to undergraduate Hispanic Engineering students who have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or greater and who have financial need.

Julia & Samuel Flom Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to an eminent scholar in civil engineering.

Dolores Garcia-Luckett Memorial Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to female engineering students who have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher
and who have financial need.

General Ordinance Scholarship
To provide scholarship support for minority engineering students.

Paul and Ann Givens Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students in the Industrial and Management Systems Engineering

Allan R. Gondeck Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to Electrical Engineering students.

Juan and Maria Gonzalez Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students in the Mechanical Engineering Department.

Gray-Calhoun Engineering Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to Civil and Environmental Engineering students with financial need who
are Florida residents and active in community service.

Honeywell Hispanic Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to full time Hispanic College of Engineering students who have maintained a GPA of 2.5 or better.

HSA Environmental Scholarship
To provide scholarship support for civil engineering students with strong financial need.

India Engineering Students Scholarship
To provide scholarship support for College of Engineering students who are from India, who have financial need and who have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or greater.

Kimley-Horn and Associates Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to Civil and Environmental Engineering students who are enrolled full time, are US citizens or permanent residents, have financial need, have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or greater, and are active members of ASCE or ITE; recipients must have participated in a internship or co-operative education experience with an engineering company or being working.

Edgar W. Kopp Memorial Scholarship
This prestigious award is a full tuition scholarship made to one full time student in the College of Engineering. The scholarship rotates each year to different department within the College.

Franz Mantini Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to Engineering students with priority given to students involved in extra- curricula activities.

George McCowen Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to US born undergraduate students in the College of Engineering.

Fred L. McGee Endowed Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to full time junior or senior civil engineering students who are US citizens or permanent residences and who have maintained a GPA of 2.75 or greater; priority given to Florida
residents.

MEP Alumni Scholarship
To provide scholarship support for minority College of Engineering students who have maintained a GPA of 2.5 or greater.

Jürgen Mittmann Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to chemical engineering students who are in good academic standing and have proven financial need.

Peter Pempsell Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students in the Computer Science and Engineering Department who have financial need and who have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or greater.

Procter and Gamble Scholarship
To provide scholarship support for African American College of Engineering freshmen or 1st year transfer students who have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or greater.

B. E. Ross Fellowship
To provide scholarship support to civil engineering graduate students studying waste water and water
resources.

Dorothy Schnabel Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students in the Computer Science and Engineering Department who have financial need and have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or greater.

Joost Schwaanhuyser Memorial Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students in the Mechanical Engineering Department who have maintained an above average GPA and who have provided service to the department and college.

L. A. Scott Endowed Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students in the Mechanical Engineering Department.

Julian W. Silliman – ASCE West Coast Branch Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to junior or senior civil engineering students with a high GPA and with financial need.

William Smith Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students in the Mechanical Engineering Department; priority is given to students with interests in thermal sciences.

URS Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students in the Civil and Environmental Engineering Department; priority given to students interested in consulting/design or in water resources, structures or transportation;
preference given to children/grandchildren of URS employees.

Wade Time Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to junior or senior Civil and Environmental Engineering students who have maintained a GPA of 2.5 or greater; preference is given to minority students (females, African-Americans, Hispanics, Asians, Native Americans).

State Representative Rob Wallace P.E. Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to Civil and Environmental Engineering students who are enrolled full time, who have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or greater, and are residents of the Tampa Bay area; primary emphasis
on leadership; secondary emphasis on financial need.

Robert J. Wimmert Memorial Scholarship
To provide scholarship support to students in the Industrial and Management Systems Engineering Department who have maintained a GPA of 2.0 or greater, are US citizens, and are involved in student or
community activity.
